Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from receipt of product. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return on unused or incorrect items, your item purchased must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • Should a product be damaged or defective at the time of receipt, please notify us within the 7 day period via the email provided.
  • Supplier warranty: should a product have a supplier warranty, please notify us via email regarding any damages or defects and we will notify you regarding the procedures to follow.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
